Takeflight's area of expertise is profiling. Our mission is to improve the education and business worlds by upgrading the transmission of knowledge, using the support of artificial intelligence.

Takeflight's services are based on two similar profiling assessments, one for schools and the other for businesses. Using a structured and scientific method, we're able to offer personalized and adaptable tools for both sectors. At the core of our service there are the PSA - Profile Student Assessment (for schools) and the APA - Profile Adult Assessment (for business). These assessments are elaborated using proprietary algorithms, enabling us to define the initial profile of each person and accompany them in the growth of their personal resources. Through human resource profiling and a research process, we can identify the strengths and weaknesses of an entire school class or working team. Via this information, we then develop and suggest customized strategies and action plans. This path is aimed at enabling individuals to achieve personal and team goals while enhancing their potential and abilities.
